The family who could not travel should still see it happen
Visas fall through. Flights cost more than the gift. A grandmother in Lagos or Lekki is not getting on a plane to Calgary in January. Streaming is not a consolation prize for those people, it is the difference between being at the ceremony and hearing about it afterwards.
Which is why we treat it as a production, not a phone on a tripod. Cameras on the faces that matter, sound taken from the venue's system rather than a microphone at the back of the room, and an internet connection that does not depend on the venue's wifi holding up.
- Multi-camera switchingTwo to four cameras cut live, so viewers see the ceremony, not one fixed angle.
- Professional audioFed from the venue's sound system or our own microphones. Bad audio loses an audience faster than bad video.
- Bonded internetMultiple carriers combined, so the stream survives venue wifi.
- Branded overlaysNames, titles, orders of service and your own graphics on screen.
- Private or publicUnlisted links and password protection when the event is not for everyone.
- Recording deliveredThe full broadcast afterwards, with an optional highlight edit.

Streaming questions
How much does live streaming an event in Calgary cost?
Single-camera streams start at $800 for up to four hours. Multi-camera productions with a switcher, audio feed from the venue and a producer on site start at $1,800. Final pricing depends on hours, cameras and venue internet.
Where can our event be streamed to?
YouTube, Facebook, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, a private link, or several at once. Private and unlisted streams are available when you do not want the event public.
What if the venue has bad internet?
We assume it will. We bring bonded cellular connections that combine multiple carriers, so the stream survives a venue network that cannot. We test the venue in advance whenever possible.
Do we get a recording afterwards?
Yes. A full recording is delivered after every stream, and we can also cut a shorter highlight film from the same footage.
Can you stream a funeral or memorial service?
Yes, and we handle these quietly. Cameras stay locked off and discreet, the stream can be private, and we coordinate with the funeral home or church directly so the family does not have to.
How many people can watch at once?
There is no practical limit on YouTube or Facebook. Zoom depends on your meeting licence, and we will check that with you during planning.
