Hi, I'm Tunde
My uncle handed me my first camera in 2000. I have been paid to use one since 2008, and in that time I have photographed weddings, naming ceremonies, graduations and more family milestones than I can count, first in Nigeria and now in Calgary.
Onilu means the drummer. A drummer holds the rhythm of a celebration without ever standing in front of it, and that is exactly how I work a room: close enough to catch the moment, far enough back that you forget I am there.
Two decades in, I still care most about one thing. You should open your gallery and recognise your own family in it, not a set of poses.

How booking works
Book the free call
Fifteen minutes on the phone. We talk through your date, your venue and what matters most to you, then I send a quote and a simple agreement to sign online.
We shoot your day
A retainer holds your date and I turn everyone else away for it. On the day you enjoy your event while we work around you.
Choose your images
Your proofing gallery arrives within seven days. You mark your favourites, I hand-edit them, and your final gallery and prints follow.

How far in advance should I book a Calgary photographer?
For weddings, six to twelve months is typical, and summer Saturdays go first. Portrait and milestone sessions usually need two to four weeks. If your date is sooner, ask anyway, dates open up.
Do you travel outside Calgary?
Yes. We regularly work in Airdrie, Okotoks, Chestermere, Cochrane, Red Deer and Edmonton, and we travel across Canada and internationally for weddings. Travel is quoted with your package.
How soon do I get my photos?
A proofing gallery arrives within seven days of your session. Once you have selected your favourites, final hand-edited images follow within two to three weeks, and wedding galleries within four to six.
Can family overseas watch the event live?
Yes. We run multi-camera live streams to YouTube, Facebook or Zoom, public or private, with a recording kept afterwards. This is our most requested service for naming ceremonies and funerals.
Do you photograph traditional African ceremonies?
Yes, and we know the running order. Introductions, engagements, naming ceremonies and traditional weddings are a large part of what we do, so we know which moments cannot be missed and where to stand when they happen.
Can I order prints and albums?
Yes. Every gallery includes print ordering, from single prints to canvases and heirloom albums. Digital files are yours either way, with no pressure to buy.
